All orders are processed and shipped from Pretoria, South Africa. We ship only within South Africa using standard postal services or courier partners such as South African Post Office, DHL, or FedEx, depending on order value.

Shipping Times: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Standard fee of R100

Restrictions: Fragrances are classified as hazardous materials. We cannot ship to PO boxes or certain restricted areas.

Tracking: Provided via email for all orders. Lost or damaged packages are investigated; replacements issued if fault is ours.
